How long has shibari interested you?
There’s no short, SFW answer to this. Shibari has interested me since I was seventeen years old and dating a much older man. I don’t have to tell you that your sexual prowess at seventeen isn’t much to shake a stick at… but when this person introduced me to kink (mainly bondage) I was completely hooked. I started hoarding pictures of girls getting tied up and frequenting chat rooms where you could set a “scene”. It wasn’t until the 20th year of my life that I met someone who did it artistically, and since then I have gone to events and personal spaces to get tied. I enjoy the discomfort, and sometimes even pain, that the rope brings to me.
